Spring roll recipe with wild plants

Prepare the rice sheets, place the flowers on the sheet first then fill the sheets with a mixture of freshly harvested and finely chopped herbs such as mint, garlic mustard, dandelion, dead nettle, roll up and let them rest for a moment. It's delicious with a sauce of your choice.
